I don’t have any mechanical tilting mechanism at all, so I won’t be making any assistive devices to move the adult doll. In reality, I don’t really move it around much; I just shift it slightly now and then to keep it from getting squashed, ensure it isn’t left lying haphazardly, and make cleaning easier.
